Dr. Bilyeu is the Chief of Mental Health Services for TPMG’s North Valley (Sacramento and Roseville). She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University. She completed her medical school and residency education at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She further her education by completing a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Northwell Health in New York. She has lived in the greater Sacramento area for 7 years and enjoys all things Disney!
