Mental Health Case Manager

Multiple locations available: Personal Services Coordinator (Mental Health Case Manager) in Sacramento and Yolo County. This position assists clients with financial matters, entitlement issues. and seeks to instill a sense of responsibility, and independence.


Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides medical evaluation, coordination of medication management, related case management and addresses health concerns in cooperation with program psychiatry and the Personal Services Coordinators for adult clients who have been admitted to the respective program.


Mental Health Clinician

The Mental Health Clinician is responsible for clinical assessment, creation and or oversight of a service plan, and implementation of that plan through therapeutic interventions. Positions available in both Woodland and Sacramento.


HR/Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing and administering the Agency’s employee benefits, as well as the timely performance of carrying out day-to-day operations and supporting ongoing initiatives.
