Jacqueline Jimenez brings over 12 years of experience in the social work field and currently serves as the Director of Program Services at Hope Cooperative. In this role, she provides strategic support to the leadership team and program managers, overseeing program operations and fostering leadership development across the organization. Over her five-year tenure at Hope Cooperative, Jacqueline has also held key positions including Clinical Director, Director of Trainings, and Program Director. She thrives in collaborative environments and is dedicated to improving program practices to enhance efficiency and elevate client care. Jacqueline earned her LCSW in 2019.
Prior to joining Hope Cooperative, Jacqueline worked as a Clinician/Facilitator at River Oak Center for Children, where she provided therapy to youth on probation and offered case management and advocacy for Spanish-speaking families. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she delivered evidence-based care to vulnerable children and their families. Her dedication was recognized when she was named Employee of the Year for her commitment to family support and collaboration with multiple care systems. Jacqueline also has experience working with infants and young children (ages 0–5) and in residential settings for at-risk youth.
