
Marche Williams, AMFT, brings 15 years of experience in behavioral health and business leadership to her role as Program Director of the New Direction program at Hope Cooperative. In this role, Marche oversees program operations, supports staff development, and ensures that services are delivered with compassion and effectiveness to meet the diverse needs of the community.
Before joining the team, Marche served in the United States Army, where she developed strong leadership skills and a commitment to service that continues to inform her work today. Marche received a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois in Organizational Leadership and Development with a minor in Human Resources in 2011. Marche then went on to earn a Masters Degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University in 2017.
