Marlyn Sepulveda, LCSW

Chief Operating Officer, Hope Cooperative

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and housing services, Marlyn has been a driving force in enhancing support for the Sacramento Region’s most vulnerable populations. As the Chief Operating Officer at Hope Cooperative, she oversees all facilities, behavioral health programming, and strategic initiatives. Marlyn has been instrumental in expanding services, including the opening of multiple CORE outpatient clinics, sober living homes, and Permanent Supportive Housing units. Her leadership contributed to Hope Cooperative achieving its first international CARF accreditation.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marlyn is also committed to developing future mental health professionals through mentorship and training programs. She serves as the Safety and HIPAA Officer and actively collaborates with the executive team and board to drive the organization’s mission. Beyond her professional role, Marlyn advocates for mental health services through her involvement on the MHSA Steering Committee and Policy Committee of CASRA, and contributes to community initiatives like Leadership California
