Point-in-Time Count 2024 – Sacramento County

The Point-in-Time (PIT) count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons on a single night every other year. On January 24th and 25th, 2024, volunteers were deployed throughout the region, with main deployment sites in the City of Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Rancho Cordova. Hope Cooperative outreach teams were proud to partner in this effort!
