Dear Attendees of the “State of Downtown” Breakfast and Hope Cooperative Supporters, Hope Cooperative is grateful for a community of collaboration that we have experienced here in Sacramento over the last almost 40 years.

On any given day driving along the Garden Highway in Sacramento, you can see tents lined up along the riverbank; the men and women, tarps, bicycles, and dogs huddled beneath the interstate as traffic whizzes by overhead.

Michael is an artist and dedicated social worker who has helped transform the lives of dozens of TLCS clients. He also used to be a client. Michael started his journey with us when he signed up for an outpatient care program (HRC) funded by Sacramento County.
